Dear Neighbours,

From Monday, 27th July, our hours will shift slightly:
7am–3pm on weekdays, 8am–3pm on weekends, with the kitchen closing at 2pm.

We know for some of you this might mean adjusting an early start or a weekend routine, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience that causes.

This change lets us focus more time and care on what happens in-store. Better quality, better service, and a better experience every time you visit. Thank you for your patience and for continuing to be part of our story.

Jerry’s been on the shaker all week, and he’s got the arm for it.

Honey on the Rocks is our new special. Cold, a little sweet, poured over ice, and shaken until it’s cold enough to make you forget it’s still winter. Jerry says the trick is in the wrist. We say the trick is Jerry.

All this Sydney rain had to be good for something.

Turns out the tadpoles finally grew up, hopped out of the puddles on Fitzroy Street, and moved straight into Dad and the Frog. Can’t blame them, it’s warm in here and the coffee’s excellent.

You’ll now find our mini frogs hiding all around the café. On the shelves, near the plants, maybe even watching you order. Come frog-spotting this weekend and see how many you can find. Kids are welcome to keep what they find.
