Year three of Dark Ink at @doylestownbookshop was the best yet. They say not to meet your heroes, but I can’t relate. The event is an annual “who’s who” of modern horror writers, and getting to listen to them discuss their craft never ceases to entertain and enlighten. Also, @vampamuseum is amazing, and if you’re into the supernatural, vampire lore, and the real history behind the myth, you really have to check it out. What a great way to wrap up my summer excursions with @achurxh33 by @dadbearddoyle

Hey gang. The shelter and warming station have reached out for help. They are at capacity every night and are having to turn people away. Here’s what they need:

Bottled water
Snacks
Gloves (the bigger the better)
Winter coats (the bigger the better)
Boots (the bigger the better)
Hot Hands/Hand Warmers

Tonight I was honored to receive the Spirit of Oneonta Award from Mayor Mark Drnek. The award was given to me for having a great beard. Well, there were other reasons, but the beard WAS included in the proclamation! 😂
