One of my favorite loan options for real estate investors is DSCR.

Whether you’re buying or refinancing an investment property, there are a lot more DSCR options out there than most people realize. Different lenders have different guidelines, so even if one scenario doesn’t work with one lender, it may work with another.

Definitely something worth knowing if you invest in real estate. 🏠📈

but it assumes one thing nobody can guarantee — that rates will drop.

The reality is, if your payment only works after a refinance,
you’re putting yourself in a risky position from day one.

You should feel comfortable with your mortgage at today’s rate — not a future one.

If rates drop later, great… that’s a bonus.
But it should never be the plan.”
