Happy Daughters Day! Endlessly proud of you lil girl as you are the dream that clings to my soul each night and the promise that carries me through each day. You help define me and there’s nothing more in this world I honestly need. I love you with every fiber of my being see you never soon enough my monkey! 🐵 ❤️🍀🇩🇴 by @dadinprogress_03

Long overdue and a little bittersweet here as I assisted the seller purchase the property 5-years ago. Condo scenarios are tough these days with rising maintenance, the rise in assessments, etc. Unit lasted a little over a month on the market and blessed to get just under $600K for the seller. On to the next and can't thank them enough for their trust throughout.

Just catching up over here but excited to help finalize a 1x1 in the Galt Ocean Tower not too long ago! Happy for my elderly buyer looking for just the right place. Have a great week out there!

Have an amazing Memorial Day weekend everyone! Challenging sale from the start all the way through contract with the need of multiple closing date extensions, delays, etc. End of the day I couldn't be more happy to aid this amazing family trying to care for a member who is severely ill. Thank you so much for your families trust @blondjean. #closing #realestate #ColdwellBanker #realtor #PompanoBeach #lovewhatIdo #anotherone #growing #stepbystep #family #keepgoing by @dadinprogress_03

Long overdue but I'm so excited for my friend, and colleague @marieanibolirealtor, her husband Jack, and the whole clan! One of the first steps for her to be closer to family and have a nice home away from home in those South Jersey winter months. Can't thank you enough for your trust and the education along the way Marie! Thank you and always here for you, your family, etc. Talk soon! #lovewhatyoudo #realtordad #closing #ColdwellBanker #snowbird #BoyntonBeach #referral #blessed #family by @dadinprogress_03

Off of my social sabbatical I did do a little business during the down time. I represented this sale from early Q3 in 25' a 4x3 in need of roof, modernization, but full of potential sitting on nearly 1 1/4 acre in West Palm Beach. Difficult sale but through negotiation we did get $545,000.00 with a home in need of a full roof replacement in one of the most challenging markets seen to date.

Thank you again and hope everyone is having an amazing start to the weekend. Love this steal of a 3x2 unit going for $210,000.00 with a realistic seller in the exclusive Palm Aire in Pompano Beach. This large 1390 square foot 3x2 corner unit has loads of potential. #realtorli̇fe #realtordad #realtor #golfcourseliving #golfcourse #lovewhatido❤️ #pompanobeach #palmaire #palmairecountryclub #coldwellbanker #steal #value #remodel #blankcanvas by @dadinprogress_03
