Update:

Still eating clean. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since the calf strain and the inability to run is taking a toll.

I probably won’t be able to run for a few more weeks so looks like I’ll be dusting off the old Peloton off 😭😭.

Truth is I don’t start to really enjoy my run until it gets hard and I begin to suffer.

In that moment I tune out that inner voice telling me to slow down and stop and push even harder.

Only one way to truly become the best version of yourself and that’s the destroy the old one.
