Just a little reminder from your friendly bearded northerner:

Don’t compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel.

You’re doing better than you think 🤟🏻.

So Last Year When I Started My Weight Loss Journey I Felt a little lost, i had no idea what i was doing and what i wanted to get out of it

one day the beautiful human that is @jonmahon.jbpm played a song on @kerrangradio ‘I Exist’ by @vukoviband and it’s corny but it spoke to me and reminded me of something i’d forgotten.

I Exist. ❤️

Now Months later (Nearly a year) and 10 stone lighter i’m at @slamdunkmusic , listening to it live with tears in my eyes and singing it at the top of my lungs

I Don’t If @janinevukovi & @hamishvukovi will ever know this but they helped remind this bearded northerner that i was still here and how grateful i am for that

Shane… thanks for the extra motivation today. 🖕🏻

Women can wear whatever the fuck they want. Their bodies, their clothes, their choice.

This one’s for the women who’ve had enough of being objectified.

Solidarity to my fellow ‘Whores’ 🖤

however sorry for everyone who had to see my chunky uneven ass 😝
