During this masterclass, we will create:

A ground-up production transforming an open-air vineyard into a fully serviced celebration for over 400 guests!

From site planning and infrastructure build to trussing, power distribution, lighting, staging, a 40-foot dance floor and hundreds of rental pieces, every element was thoughtfully considered.

Then came the rain. What began as a chance of showers turned into a full day of relentless rainfall. Our open-air celebration required a significant production pivot, with one priority, delivering the BEST guest experience!

Trussing went up, only to come back down. Floor plans were reconfigured, the dance floor relocated, hundreds of furniture pieces repositioned, and our valet, concierge and planning teams prepared with hundreds of umbrellas to welcome guests.

Over 100 crew members and event partners came together to make it happen.

We’ll say this again and again, we cannot do this alone.

Behind these moments of magic are countless hours of planning, preparation and hard work but at the heart of it all are people who genuinely care.

A production of this scale requires more than a contingency plan. It takes experience, adaptability, trust and a team with one goal.

The plan changed. The vision never did.
A true testament to the people behind the production.
