🦈🌊 YES, SHARKS ARE IN THE WATER! BUT DON’T LET FEAR KEEP YOU FROM PARADISE! 🌴☀️ From the Caribbean Sea to Miami’s Atlantic coastline and the Gulf of Mexico, millions enjoy these beautiful waters every year. But remember, we’re swimming in THEIR natural habitat! 🏝️ CARIBBEAN SEA: Jamaica, Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic are surrounded by waters home to reef sharks, nurse sharks and other species. 🌴 MIAMI & ATLANTIC OCEAN: Sharks naturally travel along Florida’s coastline, sometimes closer to shore than you realize. ☀️ GULF OF MEXICO: From Florida to Texas and Mexico, sharks share the same waters families enjoy every day. 🦈 SHOULD YOU BE SCARED? NO! Shark bites are extremely rare. Most sharks aren’t interested in humans as food. 🏖️ SWIM SMART! ✅ Swim near lifeguards. ✅ Avoid fishing areas and murky water. ✅ Stay alert and follow beach warnings. ✅ Never approach marine wildlife. 💙 DA FRONT PORCH TAKE: Sharks aren’t invading our beaches. We’re visiting their home! Respect the ocean, understand the wildlife, and enjoy paradise responsibly. DON’T SWIM SCARED. SWIM EDUCATED! 🌊 #DaFrontPorch #MiamiBeach #CaribbeanSea #GulfOfMexico #SharkAwarenessAs by @dafrontporch305
