DAG MANAGEMENT – Our Service Booklet 📖✨

At DAG Management, we take care of every aspect of a young driver’s career, guiding them step by step in the world of motorsport. From karting to single-seaters, GT, SIM and E-Championships, our mission is to prepare, promote and support talents so they can focus on what matters most: racing. 🏎️💨

With decades of experience, we combine career management with media, image and sponsorship activities, ensuring maximum visibility and opportunities for each driver.

🔹 We help families reduce the burden of costs by connecting young drivers early with F1 programmes, academies and private teams.
🔹 We teach drivers how to present themselves on and off track, including media and sponsor relations.
🔹 We take care of physical and mental preparation, ensuring complete readiness to perform at the highest level.

Talent is natural — but behaviour, attitude and preparation can be shaped. Our goal is clear: create the best sporting opportunities for young talents and turn unknown drivers into future stars. 🌟

Talent is where a racing career begins.
But talent alone is rarely enough to decide where that career will go.

Motorsport is not only about what happens on track. Behind every race, every test and every opportunity, there are decisions that can shape an entire career: choosing the right team, the right championship, the right moment to move up, negotiating contracts, controlling budgets, creating visibility and building relationships with the people who can open the next door.

This is where professional management becomes key.

At DAG Management, our role is not simply to manage what is happening today. We look ahead. We build a strategy around each individual driver, from karting through single-seaters and GT racing, with one clear objective: creating the strongest possible path toward professional motorsport.

We work alongside drivers and families, handling the complexity behind the scenes so the driver can concentrate on what matters most — performing.

Because the fastest decision is not always the right decision.
The biggest team is not always the right team.
And moving up earlier does not necessarily mean moving forward.

A career is built through timing, strategy, preparation, relationships and the courage to make the right choices — sometimes even when that means saying no.

You cannot manufacture talent.

But with the right management, you can protect it, develop it, position it and give it the opportunities it deserves.

That is the difference between managing a season and building a career.

DAG Management & Consulting Ltd
Building careers. Creating opportunities. Developing the next generation of motorsport.

One title won. A lot still unknown. And that’s okay. 🏆🏁

I’m proud of what we achieved this season, but I know this is only one step in a much bigger journey.

The future isn’t written yet. For now, I’ll keep doing what I love most — driving. 💜🏎️

💥 POW! Another race weekend goes into the books! 🏁

Three drivers. Three challenges. One BIG comic-style adventure!

🏆 Mattia closes the season as Italian Vice Champion in GT Cup Pro-Am!

⚡ Matteo shows serious speed at Mugello with a class pole and P4 in the race!

🔥 Brodi fights back in style: victory in Heat 3 and P2 overall!

Fast cars, flying confetti and just enough drama for the next episode… because in motorsport, every weekend comes with a plot twist! 😅

Proud of the determination, progress and fighting spirit shown by all three. ❤️

Next panel… the next challenge! 💥🏁

Campionato finito. Sesto posto finale.🏁Div2AM

After wrapping up a series of activities in Brazil, I’m back to my testing routine in Europe. Today was all about getting back on track at Mugello, Italy. A very positive day, with good progress, important adjustments and plenty of valuable experience gained.

November will be a busy month on track, with a testing programme alongside Trident. Time to make the most of every opportunity, keep improving and take another step forward. Let’s go!
