Today, I’m celebrating one of my favorite humans on Earth 🌍 MY NAMESAKE, MY SON-SON, MY TWIN, MY STRENGTH, MY MOTIVATION & MY HEART! 💙

HAPPY 14TH BIRTHDAY, D3! 🎉🎂💪🏾

It’s crazy how fast time flies. I still remember your ultrasound when the tech announced you were a boy, and you immediately threw up those 💪🏾💪🏾. She captured it, and from that moment, I kept that picture with me…..even when I left for filming a show before he was born.

No matter what I faced, I looked at that picture everyday for strength. And you’ve been exactly that for me ever since. ❤️

D3, you are an amazing, thoughtful, creative, talented young KING with a heart of GOLD. 💛 You make me BEYOND proud, and I’m truly HONORED to be your dad.

You are the best of me, and I know God has nothing but blessings, favor, purpose, and greatness ahead for your life.

#ThankfulThursday 🙏🏾

Reflecting back on my daughter @londonnnnicole_’s 18th birthday and graduation trip to Florida. Looking back, I’m reminded that God is faithful.

Making this trip happen for my Strawberry 🍓 was truly an answered prayer. She deserves it as she’s so sweet, considerate and loving. Today, I needed to remind myself of one simple truth: God has never let me down.

I’m beyond thankful for every blessing and every special moment He has allowed me to share with my children. No matter how hard life gets or how impossible things may seem, God always makes a way.

To all the dads out there…keep going ‼️ Your sacrifices matter, your presence matters, and your children are worth every ounce of effort.

My kids are my entire world and my greatest inheritance. I’ll cherish these memories for the rest of my life.

So excuse me while I encourage myself…
God has. God can. And God will take care of us. ❤️🙌🏾💯.

Today we celebrate my oldest daughter, Queen Lyric, and I couldn’t be more proud of the incredible young woman you’ve become. You are my walking miracle—a constant reminder that God always has the final say.

From the very beginning, you’ve defied every odd stacked against you. Born with a rare health condition, you’ve overcome challenges that many never see, yet God’s favor has covered your life every step of the way. Your strength, resilience, grace, and faith continue to inspire me.

As you step into this new decade, my prayer is that your 20s are filled with purpose, peace, joy, and doors that only God can open. May every dream He’s placed in your heart become reality, and may His hand continue to guide every step you take.
