🏗️ Meet DAG Development and Construction - the vision of Dan Girado. Specializing in residential ground-up construction, we bring dreams to life with precision and passion. Gutted, except the parts worth keeping.

Day zero on a new project in Pinecrest. The owner recently bought one of the area’s older homes and wants a modern facelift. Demolition is done, the mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in starts next, and out back the excavator is already digging.

It doesn’t look like much yet. Follow the build to see what it becomes.

Give your older home a facelift. Call DAG.

Here’s the finished home. Now we build it.

This new two-story home in Coral Gables isn’t built yet. What you’re seeing is DAG’s vision of it, brought to life from the architect’s renderings: a first glimpse of what it will be when it’s done.

From the Ground Up follows the real thing, from an empty lot to that front door.

Build your home from the ground up. Call DAG.

The difference is in the details. The stone, the millwork, the light.

That attention starts long before the finishes. The plan comes first. Then the demolition. Selections are guided from stone to millwork, the estimate is itemized before any wall opens, and the work is permitted and inspected at every stage. New construction, renovations and additions across Miami-Dade.

Planning a build or renovation? Start with a phone call at (305) 999-5401, or tell us about the project at dagdc.com. Every call and message gets a reply from someone on our team.

Two teams, one home. Swipe to see the work!

We completed this Miami home last year. Then Custom Wood Services Corp @customwoodservices came in and brought the millwork to life.

The arched bar wall with its lit shelving, the wood framing around the wine room, and the warm wood tones you see from the lounge into the kitchen are their craftsmanship, built on the foundation we delivered.

This is what we love to see. A home is never one company’s work.

It’s trades that respect each other’s standards, showing up after the handoff and raising the bar again.

When the structure is built right, the finish work has something worthy to sit on.

Thank you to the Custom Wood Services team for the detail and care you put into every piece. Go give @customwoodservices a follow and see more of their work.

The Coral Gables Build, why there’s a hole in this wall.

The client has a large piece of art that would never have made it down the hallway once the office was framed. So we opened the wall now, while it’s easy, and it goes in seamlessly later.

Planning ahead is the cheapest part of any build.

Arched niches. Fluted plaster. Millwork built into custom shelving on either side of the fireplace.

Most people will walk through a room like this and never register any of it as a decision. That's exactly the point: the work that gets noticed is usually the work that went wrong. The work that disappears into the room is the work that was done right.

Planning a build of your own? This is the kind of detail we care about, even when nobody's counting.

Twenty five years ago, changed us forever.

We spec these appliances into your kitchens. So we went and cooked on them.

Ferguson brought our team in for a hands on session with Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau.

Not a catalogue and not a showroom walk.

Real burners, real steam ovens, real food, with the people who build them.

Because “which range should we put in” is a question we would rather answer from experience than from a spec sheet.

Thank you @ferguson for having us!

Just one more way DAG sets the bar for quality construction
