**Always Fro-Co Cola**

Mexican Cola Culture. Every day our Coke Chef cooks up our own recipe 'Cola a Mano' (Cola by hand) to serve fresh Fro-Cos in the Liquorita Mas Bonita.

From CDMX to Oaxaca, in Mexico they consume more Coca Cola than anywhere else on the planet and is now one of the only countries, where the recipe is still cane sugar over refined sugars (by demand). All to make a foamier; better tasting, higher energy, richer, real cola. We also found a culture of cook up 'pirate' or artisan colas that range in flavour on every batch and neighbourhood pubs that only served 'Batanga' by the pint (Tequla, Lime + Coke). We loved it all.

Inspired by this, at Dahlia we cook up our own. Tyler and Liam have been refining cola recipes since the start. We caramelise raw cane sugar into a rich golden syrup and infuse with our own original cola spice blend; cacao, cinnamon, coriander, cardamon (and a few more things we'll keep to ourselves) + citrus peels for added zest.

We then freeze and pour for icey fresh Dahlia Fro-Co. Just add tequila or rum. Go classic or add cherry or vanilla foam.

Always a mano,
Just for the taste of it.
Always the real thing.
