Give us this day our daily bread
Danos hoy nuestro pan de cada día

When choosing what to name my business I wanted something that was meaningful in my life. That’s when I had a lightbulb moment and decided to name it after The Lord’s Prayer! 😊

Many times I’ve contemplated if I was good enough to even pursue this passion of mine, and sometimes still have those thoughts until one day someone told me this- Celeste you are more than capable, not only did you go to school for this but the Lord wouldn’t have planted that desire in your heart if you weren’t!

I didn’t think I was able to accomplish all that I have, but the Lord has proven me wrong and has shown that His plans are far more grand than I could have made for myself!

(Growing up I always enjoyed singing el Padre Nuestro in mass, made it feel more emotional 🥹❤️)

Meet Your Baker 👩🏻‍🍳🤍
-
Thought I’d introduce myself!

My name is Celeste, and I am from Alabama. I am 20 years old and I love to share my joy for baking through my work. Ever since I could remember I loved watching baking videos on YouTube or CakeBoss on TV and as early as 11 I would beg my mom to use the oven just so I could bake something. After taking home ec classes in high school and got my ServSafe Certification, my passion for food only grew! I decided to attend Johnson and Wales University CLT for my associates in Applied Science in Baking & Pastry. There I was able to learn from the best of the best and even got a once in a life time opportunity to work for Disney in Animal Kingdom’s Bakery 🥹

I started Daily Bread in hopes to share my love and drive for sweets; through my work I find meaning and a purpose. Daily Bread serves as a reminder of acknowledging the Lord’s bountiful goodness He grants us with everyday. I hope to share a small slice of this joy through every one of my projects.🍰

(Swipe to see some old pictures of little Celeste sitting in front of the oven with my pooches👀🩷)
