There is a difference between bad quality and food with less salt. Some reasons sound illogical and irk you. And when Swiggy asks you to refund the customer, do you always comply? Yes Vermicelli may have less salt but that's not bad quality. Other items in the order had the right amount of salt, but not this? Hence I did not refund anything to the customer. Swiggy warned me saying that not refunding the customer may cause loss of customer and they might never order again from us. From my experience, if someone has had a complaint, he will never order from the same cloud kitchen. And they won't change the rating inspite of a full refund. No oil, no cook, healthy Chipotle sauce.
Ingredients
1. Big Garlic-5-6
2.Dried red chillies-5-6 (soaked for 1 hour)
3. Soaked Cashwes- 7-8
4. Curd- 2 tbsp
5. Crushed paneer-100g
6. Salt as per taste
7. Honey (optional) 1 tsp
Grind the above in a mixer jar. Squeeze half a lemon and add coriander.
Store it in fridge. Will last for a week. Can be used as a sauce or dip with chaat, pizza, poha, sandwich, cheela or parantha.

Note:
You can use Red chillies of any variety, preferably the ones with highest spice level.
Honey and coriander are optional. I added honey to reduce the spice level. Coriander is for freshness. (You can skip) taken in Gurugram by @dailysimplekitchen

For small businesses, even small orders matter. This one was on Holi. An order on Zomato after a long time felt like a relief. We opened in the afternoon post holi celebrations, least expecting any order that day. But when the bell rang, it was pure joy! Dont know if it someone treating their taste buds to something different or if it was a sweet surprise for someone. For us it was a moment of celebration. Zomato had pushed our kitchen out of visibility for weeks! A guilt-free roll, my way, on a lazy Sunday, made easy with @wingreensfarms . There couldn't be a better way to consume the produce that we brought from the farm yesterday.
