still frames from our video with @soundsofelle x @irieglowskin
✨ 🌊 🌴🥭☀️

behind every frame is a moment that tells a story. together, Elle and I built the concept, planned the shoot day, and went out there with pure determination to get the shots.. even if it meant blocking traffic 😅

it was a fun challenge & the vibes were great! there’s nothing like a good beach day with sunshine, glistening waters and a confident glow #girlpower

documenting august with only one shot per day 🎥

a few days into august, i committed to this video idea as a form of practice and to encourage myself to use my camera more, but this was much harder than expected.

i had eventful days where i couldn’t decide on just one shot for the day, and not so eventful days where turning my boring daily activities into something cinematic felt impossible.

this project forced me to carry my camera everywhere i went (which failed, theres definitely iphone footage in this) and set reminders to shoot something daily (i cheated, some of these were shot the following day as a catch up 😅)

im just glad i saw it through and made a finished product. if i do this again, i’ll get more creative with framing, think wider and keep an eye out for interesting subjects.

sooo, september? 🤔
