Ever wondered what it’s actually like to hire a Virtual Assistant? 👀 Here’s exactly what my process looks like—from Discovery to Kick-Off so you know what to expect. 💅

Step 1: Discovery Call

We hop on a call to dive into you and your business - your niche, pain points, and how you want to feel in your day-to-day. Time is valuable, so this step helps us both decide if it’s the right partnership and where I can make the biggest impact to help.

Step 2: The Proposal

After our call, I’ll send a tailored proposal outlining the most critical, high and medium priority tasks with flexible options so we can start freeing up your time as quickly as possible!

Step 3: Documents, Onboarding & Access

You’ll receive the contract and onboarding docs (including data privacy policies). Once everything’s signed and access is set up… it’s time to kick things off and get to work.

✨ If you’re ready to finally stop doing everything yourself and start buying back your time, comment or DM “READY” and I’ll send you the link to book a free 30-minute discovery call.

Let’s make your business run smoother—without you doing it all. 🚀

I got approved as a member of the Society for Virtual Assistants back in June 🎉 @societyofvirtualassistants

...and then got so busy with clients I forgot to actually post about it oops 😅 business owner life!

So here we are, a little late, but no less exciting!

Here’s the bit people don’t always think about: anyone can call themselves a VA. There’s no barrier to entry. Which means when you’re a founder looking to delegate, you’re often just... trusting a bio.

Being approved means I didn’t just get a badge. My business was checked against real standards - legally compliant, ICO registered, GDPR sorted, privacy policy up to scratch. The unsexy stuff that matters the second someone hands you their data. 🔒

Here’s what this means if we work together:
- You’re not gambling on a random bio
- Your data is handled properly, not just “trust me sis”
- You get a VA held to an actual standard

I built my business to help overwhelmed founders get their systems, CRM, and content out of their head and into something that runs without them. This is one more layer of “you can trust me with it.” 💛

Delegating but not sure who to trust? Drop a 🙋‍♀️ in the comments or pop me a DM, let’s chat.

Employees are kept in a box and told to be grateful.
Owners decide what matters and trust their own value. ✅

This mindset shift is still the thing I come back to, over a year into running this business.

It changed everything for me - how I priced my services, who I said yes to as clients, how I protected my time & peace. I’ve also loved seeing a huge rise in women this year take their own value into their own hands and break free from all the corporate nonsense. 💕

If you’re in that messy in-between space right now - still thinking like an employee whilst trying to build like an owner, I see you, I’m rooting for you and you got this! ❤️

More tools for your business DOES NOT = more organised. ❌

If you’re paying for 6+ tools that don’t talk to each other, and constantly logging into multiple platforms just to collate the info needed to followup with ONE lead - there’s a problem.

But it can be simplified and fixed.

Grab my free Small Business Automation Blueprint (link in bio) to start simplifying yours.

I’ve audited 40 CRMs in the last 3 months, and the same 3 mistakes keep showing up.

If leads are going cold, your pipeline doesn’t match how you actually sell, or you’re relying on memory instead of automation... your CRM is a very expensive spreadsheet working against you, not for you. ❌

💾 Save this for when you’re ready to fix it. Grab my free Small Business Automation Blueprint (link in bio & comments) - it walks you through exactly how to set up a CRM that works for you, not against you ❤️

👀 If you’re a coach, consultant or small business owner and setting up Go High Level for the first time, here’s what to prioritise to setup your lead structure quickly.

Because of the price point of High Level, your starting point should be tasks that give you immediate ROI.

Focus on these:
✔️ Increasing speed-to-lead rates
✔️ Appointment show rates
✔️ Follow-up persistence
✔️ Client onboarding workflows & processes
✔️ Retention & referrals

Everything in this video also has it’s own form of template in HL, so you can get your lead structure sorted fast.

Because the businesses making the most money usually aren’t doing more…
They’re just following up faster and more consistently.

So, before building fancy funnels, AI systems & advanced workflows…

Make sure your lead structure is AIRTIGHT first. ✅

Not sure how to set these up? My free automation blueprint walks you through these to save you time.

I’ve been working hard to give you a freebie...

I’ve received tons of DMs asking for help & small guidance with Go High Level, and I figured it would be most helpful if you had a quick resource to help you get set up & get quick ROI…

So you don’t have to waste ANY time!

It’s launching later this month (June 2026) - follow DaisayJVA to get notified when it lands!

If you’re still answering the same DMs every day… you’re not running your business, you’re stuck in it.

“How much are your services?”
“How do I book?”
“Do you have availability?”
“Can you send more info?”

These aren’t conversations. They’re systems waiting to happen.

Not every message directly needs YOU.

But imagine opening your DMs and only seeing aligned, ready-to-pay clients.

That’s where I can help!

Comment or DM ‘READY’, if you’re finally ready to set this up. 💅
