We are deeply saddened that we won't be able to perform in Kuala Lumpur on January 8th as planned. Immersive Sound Experience 本作品は、mouse on the keys の楽曲「womb」を起点に、音が立体的に立ち上がる空間そのものをひとつの作品として再構築した、没入型サウンド・インスタレーションです。 音は前後・上下へと解き放たれ、 リスナーは「聴く」 という行為を超えて、音の内部へと包み込まれていきます。 「womb」はこの空間の中で、新たなかたちへと生まれ変わります。 フォトグラファー Takaprincipal、映像作家 rokapenis による映像表現は、立体音響と呼応しながら、視覚と聴覚の境界を溶かし、ひとつの感覚体験を立ち上げていきます。 来年20周年を迎える mouse on the keys。本作は、記念イベントとして構想されている立体音響による配信ライブへとつながる、最初の実験であり、プロローグです。 音楽の「在り方」が、静かに、しかし確かに更新されます。 なお、立体音響ミックスからImmersive Sound SystemのセッティングまでをStudio YEGULが手がけています。 楽曲： mouse on the keys 「womb」 作品時間： 約5分 “womb,” a composition by mouse on the keys, is reconstructed as an immersive sound installation, which pieces of sound come to ears three-dimensionally as a singular artwork. The sounds come out of the front, the back, the top and the bottom. Beyond the act of listening, the listeners are wrapped into the interior of the sounds. Within this space, “womb” is reborn into a new form in listeners. Visual expressions, by photographer Takaprincipal and filmmaker rokapenis, resonate with the immersive soundscape, which dissolves the boundary between sight and hearing and gives rise to a unified sensory experience. As mouse on the keys approaches its 20th anniversary next year, this sound installation is the first to experiment in immersive audio, which is a prologue for an upcoming 3D audio live-streamed performance as a part of the anniversary events.
