Banana & nut butter roll ups

Makes 3 roll ups:

X3 small slices of bread
X1 large banana cut into thirds
X3 tbsps of any milk (maybe a little more if needed)
Nut butter
Plant butter for greasing your pan

👉🏻 De crust and flatten your bread.
👉🏻 Spread with nut butter before adding in your banana and rolling up.
👉🏻 Dip in milk before frying in butter over a medium heat until golden brown all over.

Enjoy with yoghurt and berries for a truly delicious breakfast!

WEETABIX FINGERS

Great for breakfast or snacks for older babies. Lenny is 6.5 months and managed well eating these weetabix fingers. They are soft but hold together well. Do let me know if you make them!

For 8 weetabix fingers:

Allergens:
Wheat 🌾

One mashed banana (can be substituted with 2 tablespoons applesauce/ fruit purée)
150ml any milk (I used coconut)
Handful of berries (frozen berries work too)
100g flour
3 weetabix

Crush your weetabix until there are no big lumps left.

Add in the flour stir until combined.

Mix in your milk, followed by the mashed banana.

Lastly, stir in your berries.

Line a dish with baking parchment and spread the weetabix mixture into a 1cm thick layer.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown at 180c fan.

Cut into 8 fingers and enjoy 😋

PB & J Sheet Pancake

Do you fancy something a bit different for a special pancake day breakfast? Sheet pancakes are so brilliant to make ahead for a quick and easy breakfast - I always forget about them but I’m so glad I’ve just made a big batch of this gorgeous combo so I will be able to freeze some to defrost and heat up for our busier mornings 😁.

I used @lukeledlife’s recipe for these sheet pancakes, using a banana to replace the egg and my homemade raspberry chia jam for the baby friendly jam! I used peanut butter in the mixture as well as swirled through on top 🤤.

Vegan Banana Crepes 🍌 🥞

Makes two:

1 large banana
100g plain flour
200ml any milk

Blitz the ingredients in a blender while you warm a frying pan to a medium / high heat.

Pour half of the mixture into the pan and move the mixture around until it moves to the edges and you have a circular crepe shape.

Wait until you can see the crepe curling a little at the edges before running a spatula around the outsides. These crepes are delicate so be careful when you dare to flip!

Once flipped add your favourite fruits and nut butters/ spreads to each quarter of the crepe. Today I went for biscoff, blueberries and peanut butter. It was 👌🏻

Once you are sure the pancake is cooked through underneath, fold in half and then into quarters so that with each bite you get a bit of all the fillings.

These sweet vegan crepes are our absolute fav atm so we hope you enjoy! I usually roll them up for Lenny and Primrose 😋

Good evening all 🎅🏼

I wanted to dedicate a Christmassy post to our scrummy tummies lunchbox. Primrose is going to receive a lilac one in her stocking as purple is her favourite colour and I just know she is going to LOVE it! I will probably fill it with a few Xmas goodies too. How exciting.

Anyway, yesterday I made these festive snacks for P & L in our sage green lunchbox, which they loved 😁

Sorry the lighting is so poor, it’s just so dark all the time at the moment isn’t it.
