Oh hey 👋🏻 Here’s a little bit about me and my journey as an artist so far 🌸

How My Work Has Been Quietly Evolving…🌸

There’s been a definite shift in my work and I’m fully immersing myself into this new direction, combining my lettering and a new found inspiration drawn from nature - particularly flowers. Here’s a little bit behind the journey and how it’s manifested itself. I can’t wait to explore more of this style and see where it takes me! If you’ve been here for a while then I hope you’ll enjoy this next phase 🌙

3 days painting in just 11 seconds…🌸

If only it was this quick! 🌸✨🫶🏼

I’m looking forward to getting back into my studio to work on some commissions I have going on! I’ve got withdrawals and I need my fix after the past couple of crazy weeks ✨

Just here painting beautiful florals with meaningful words and now that I’m doing it, it feels absolutely perfect ✨🌸🤍

This is another one from my new collection of paintings, a firm favourite of mine, an Anthurium…Let me know what you think🫶🏼

I love the beginning of a new painting, laying down the colours and the thrill of just starting something new is always exciting!

Just like this one I painted last month. Still obsessed with this burgundy and pale pink colour combination 🌸 by @daisyemerson

The past week or so has most definitely thrown a few things at me and I’m pretty much only feeling half here today!
After a week of unwell children, torrential rain and no hot water it’s been back to reality with a bump 😆

This is one of my favourite new paintings from my new recent collection. This has half of a beautiful anthurium and underneath is only half of the word ‘alive’.
Both forms are only half shown, split in half all whilst meeting in the middle. This symbolises feeling like you’re only at half capacity or feeling half there…like me today! Can you relate!? 🫶🏼

I think it’s all the intricate lines and the veins in the Anthurium that makes it so interesting to paint. This is the second one I’ve included in my new collection of paintings…🌸✨

🍄 Today is National Mushroom Day! 🍄

One of my favourite pieces from my new collection of mushrooms, this piece was sold last weekend to a lovely couple at @theotherartfair who in fact bought three of them!
