Hey mummas and mums to be!🩷

Share with your TTC, pregnant and postpartum friends, they'll love you for it 🩷🩷🩷

PS can confirm absolutely no AI used!! This post took a lot of time and work so I'm actually disappointed or should I be flattered that Instagram thinks it's AI 🤣

I have seen so many posts recently saying "what can I do to keep busy in my 'overdue' days or weeks?"

There is so much pressure when that due date arrives but the truth is that only 1% of babies are born on their due date... so if yours is coming up 99% of you will still be pregnant by the next day, SORRY!

Unless there are REAL medical reasons, the absolute BEST thing you can do for your birth experience and your baby is stay patient and stick it out until the baby is ready for their birthday.

So, I was thinking of ways I can help keep you busy and not get tempted to dip out early!
And if you're not in the 'overdue' crew you deserve a treat too!

I have carefully selected and collaborated with 6 incredible businesses in Milton Keynes that cover all aspects of pregnancy and postpartum pampering and care. These are people I know and fully trust to provide you the best service and they are all generously offering a discount on some of their services. All you have to do is repost and like this post, follow me and the 6 accounts and send me a DM! 🎉

**Please note this offer available to all (being pregnant is not a requirement) but is only available until 31st October and you must have BOOKED and PAID your deposit to your chosen supplier(s) by 31st October for the discount to be valid.**

Swipe >>> to see the incredible businesses who have jumped onboard and then head to the final slide for full details on how to enter and receive a reply from me with this offer xx

Daisy's Visual Studio... *PREGNANCY & FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY*🤎

I met Daisy in maternity triage when we were having our babies and since then our girls have grown up together... but she also happens to be an INCREDIBLE photographer.

Check out her pregnancy and "mama and me" sessions 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Daisy has an ability to make you feel at ease, confident and photogenic by just being in her presence, so if you were considering a p by @daisysvisualstudio

Because you loved my first “how to pose” reel, I thought I’d share a little more posing inspo 📸

And if you’re someone who LOVES the idea of having beautiful photos taken but worries you’ll have no idea what to do in front of the camera… this is your sign that you really don’t need to know how to pose!

✨ I’ll guide you through it all
✨ Help you find your best angles
✨ Give you prompts so your photos feel natural, not stiff
✨ And show you exactly how to move and position yourself

You just need to turn up and enjoy the experience, I’ll take care of the rest.

If you’ve been thinking about booking a shoot but have been nervous about feeling awkward in front of the camera, send me a message. I’d LOVE to create something beautiful with you.

📍 Milton Keynes & surrounding areas

The number one thing I hear that puts people off booking a photoshoot? “But I have no idea how to pose!” 🩷

And honestly… you don’t need to!

You don’t have to be naturally confident in front of the camera or know what to do with your hands, where to look or how to stand. That’s what I’m there for.

I’ll guide you through poses, help you find your best angles, make little adjustments and capture the natural moments in between, so you can relax and actually enjoy the experience.

My job isn’t just to take beautiful photos. It’s to make you feel comfortable, confident and like the best version of yourself in front of the camera.📸

So if you’ve been thinking about booking a shoot but the thought of posing makes you nervous… take this as your sign. 🤍

@mimi.swayne smashed it 🥵
