🚨Transparency post🚨

When we went to the hospital the nurses put us in a family room. We prayed IMMEDIATELY, believing God for healing. As soon as we said “amen” the doctor came in the room to inform us that my grandma had passed away and that they did everything they could.

In that moment I was so hurt. I was slightly mad at God. But now I see — though we prayed for what we wanted doesn’t mean we did not get what we needed. It’s hard for me to see and fully understand now, but I am sure that God still won! The healing we prayed for may not have happened in my grandma’s body, but I see it happening in my family!

I’m still so heartbroken but I thank God for answering us.. even if the answer doesn’t look like what we want!
