20 October. Belgrade was freed on this day, so we picked it to put out a record about the city. The IMT EP features five brand-new, diverse, club-use-only tracks. The five track titles are a nod to the industrial and brutalist spaces of Belgrade, where both of us find inspiration. by @dakman.dj_

@dakman.dj_ has been putting Serbia’s underground sound into motion. The Belgrade-based DJ and producer broke through with Noćni život and the 2022 win of the Let’s Mix It! DJ competition, quickly becoming a familiar name across the country’s clubs and festivals. His sound moves between deep house, tech house and more hypnotic, groove-led territory, while @mindless.ppl and Mindless Records have become an important part of his work both behind and beyond the decks. From the dancefloor to the label, Dakman is building a sound of his own. ➖ Ф ➖ AUGUST 29 ➖ 14:00—02:00 🎟 Tickets available at fomo.rs by @dakman.dj_
They share the same name, were born in the same year, and are both from Belgrade. Cosmic G and Dakman share a love for many mid-‘90s musical references, filtered through a contemporary prism. They are both well known locally as DJs and producers, with international gigs and well-received solo releases. They also share a collaborative releases! We suggest checking out IGORI EP before their set on Saturday! Start is at 11pm. Entry is free if you arrive early, or 1,000 RSD after midnight. Artwork by: @pavlettttt by @dakman.dj_

JULY 24 | With “groove-laden house to rugged motor-city techno sprinkled with his famed frisky footwork”, William Djoko (@williamdjoko) has conquered the attention of many and this July he is back in Belgrade, working Karmakoma’s vibes. We’re pairing the Dutch DJ and producer with Mindless residents, Dakman (@dakman.dj_) and Gard (@gard_ofc). LWE (London) and Shelter (Amsterdam) resident is further spreading his futuristic sound and funk-inflected dance music via his imprint DJOKO Records. Virgil Abloh, Mr G, Black Coffee, and KiNK are some of the people he shared the stage with, while Desolat’s Loco Dice was his collaborator on a couple of occasions. Find more Djoko gems on Rush Hour, Club Bad, Nervous Records, Voyage Direct, Strictly Rhythm, Tuskegee... PRESALE 1200 RSD on Gigstix and Resident Advisor. by @dakman.dj_
