There’s only a few people in my life that actually know my story. From beginning to whatever chapter I’m on now I wouldn’t change a page. The lessons learned, experiences lived, heartbreaks/love. It was all worth it to be where I’m at today.

What a journey this has been. I never thought I would get to the point where I’m standing on a stage flexing practically nude but here I am.

While bodybuilding is kind of goofy. This pursuit to completely change my body has been the happiest I’ve felt in a decade. Keeping my mind busy, staying on a plan and having goals/milestones has completely transformed my life. From depressed to happiness, hungry to eating, unmotivated to driven. I can’t thank myself enough and I am grateful.

Thank you to everyone that has supported me throughout the years. To my new friends I met that were so humble, motivating and flawless. My coach @noblebodybuilding without you I wouldn’t even be close to where I am in life. My posing coach @ifbbpro_sporty. My friends and family. Last but definitely not least my best friend/boo. You were there every meal, every workout, every up and down without your support I could never do this.

Thank you all for real it means so much ❤️ taken in Phoenix, Arizona by @dakota___anthony
