April 2025. I had never been to the 9/11 site or museum. The newest exhibit “Drawing Meaning: Trauma and Children’s Art After 9/11”. The exhibition features over 70 pieces of art.

~ As children processed the events of 9/11, parents, teachers, therapists, and support professionals encouraged them to express their feelings through art. Whether they were high school students or children just old enough to finger-paint, they created art that channeled their sadness, confusion, fear, & hope. Some works thanked first responders, others were one step in the healing journey of those whose loved ones were killed in the attacks. ~ by @dakotasky43

Another successful pick-up & transport for the Puppy Rescue Mission. Kingston (now George!! 🥰).

Gave him an old stuffed pig (that I got at IKEA)

The music never fails to help relax the ones I transport.
