POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our story started in 2019, when I needed help managing multiple projects while working at a busy Interior Design firm. So I launched Design Assisted in 2020 as an answer to “as needed” assistance in the design industry. From the beginning, our mission has always been to serve Interior Designers and provide the best support possible for the betterment of our industry. I’ve made sure that servant leadership has remained at the heart of our mission throughout our growth and by modeling it for my own team. We take pride in our work and the value that we’ve added to Interior Designer businesses nationally. Weekly I’m reminded why I started this business when a potential client says, “Thank you for creating this service. You have no idea how much I need it.” or when a current client says “I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. Thank you!”. A few years ago, I set out to make a change in this world and this is our story so far. Xo Dalia taken in North Palm Beach, Florida by @daliasoles

Big goals become achievable when you can actually see them.

I love using a moodboard to set the tone for the year, but a calendar is what helps me turn ideas into action. Seeing the entire year at once gives me clarity, direction, and a realistic plan so I can work backwards and make progress with intention.

This simple practice has helped me accomplish more while feeling less overwhelmed and more in control of my time.

If you want access to my free digital yearly planning calendar, comment CALENDAR and I’ll send it to you 🤍

2025 is the year my soul found its way back into my body and my mind.

It’s hard to explain, but somewhere last year I lost myself. And this year, I found her again. I found her in my child’s monologues, in my husband’s kind eyes, and in the laughter of my friends.

My family’s accomplishments reminded me that you can keep achieving without abandoning yourself. My nervous system finally gave me permission to slow down.

We made space for real quality time with the people we love the most.
Vacations and staycations as a couple and with groups of friends.
Weekly walks along the beach with people who made time and who mean the world to me.
Quiet movie theater dates with the kiddos.
Cake, charcuterie, and wine with the girls.
Broadway shows and margaritaville and China town and beans 🤪

We ran away to foreign countries as a family. Ate giant sandwiches in Portugal and escargot, and gelato in front of the Eiffel Tower.

I stood on stages with my best friend and watched people take in her every word. We celebrated each other’s wins and cried about exhaustion and change.

I made new friends with ease, the kind you just know you’ll carry with you forever ❤️

This was a year of realized possibility. A year of presence. A year that felt full in the best way.

I made enough memories in 365 days to last a lifetime.

Closing this year with a full heart.
Gently stepping into whatever comes next.
