All cakes are made with my signature light chiffon sponge, except for the Chocolate Caramel and Snickers, which are made with a rich chocolate mud cake.

Please note that I don’t offer custom cake designs or custom flavours. Minor adjustments, such as adding or removing fillings, are welcome where possible.

Chocolate Caramel mud cakes 😊 how’s everyone doing? Spring is here. The weather in Auckland is lovely around this time. Just a reminder that all my cakes are made with fresh cream, so it needs to be refrigerated ASAP after pick up. And the cake tastes best when it’s cold ☺️ by @dalinscakery

Vanilla Fresh Fruit $120. Strawberries, kiwi fruits, peaches! Filled with fresh whipped cream. This is available NOW until late February! From December there will be mangoes in it too 🥭 but no mangoes in season right now 🤓 by @dalinscakery

Mocha Hazelnut Caramel. Chocolate sponge, hazelnut caramel, and Nutella 😋 covered with mocha flavour whipped cream! I don’t use buttercream for any of my cakes 😊 by @dalinscakery

Spring is here! Strawberries are available. This is my vanilla fresh fruit cake priced at $120. I like the look of it wrapped in acetate film and tied with a little jute string 🤗
This is a soft fluffy vanilla sponge, layered with kiwifruit, strawberries and peaches. As we head into summer there will be mangoes available too but unfortunately we are not quite in mango season right now

I only offer this cake during spring/summer because strawberries give it a nice pop of colour and pair really well with cream. So if you’ve been wanting to try a refreshing cake like this, now’s your chance! by @dalinscakery

Lemon Raspberry. One of our Top 3 best sellers. Zesty, tangy, sweet but not too sweet, and the sponge is incredibly soft and fluffy. The ones that have ordered this flavour keep coming back for it. It’s JUST as nice as Banana Biscoff but just more citrus and refreshing. I’d say it’s my favourite out of ALL the cakes on my menu. TXT or DM me to order for August 😊 by @dalinscakery

At least 4 days notice would be ideal but sometimes I can accomodate last minute orders depending on my schedule. No harm in asking! I also do late night pick ups 7-9pm because I’m usually very busy in the mornings 😌 by @dalinscakery

I make my caramel from scratch. It’s thick, sweet, indulgent, and actually tastes like caramel. Sooo good together with the peanuts omg! Yum!! by @dalinscakery
