This beauty came to us with an injured eye. It has since shriveled up and healed up but because of the disability, nobody wants to adopt 🥺 Wouldn’t it be a great day if just ONE person was interested in a little kitty with a healed up bum eye who would love a lap to curl up on in a home? If interested in adapting, please fill out the pre-adoption application at www.dalistotherescue.com. For any questions, please call the Rescue at 989-463-9797. by @dalistotherescue

I’m not quite sure you can get any cuter than our sweet Pomeranian Boo. Boo was born as a double Merle which is not good genes to cross and causes health issues. Luckily her disabilities are very minor. She can see just fine, she might be a little hard of hearing or just has selective hearing and has grade II luxating patella which is managed with weight control, supplements and limited exercise. Grade 3 and 4 require surgery. This girl is the sweetest, loves every person she meets and adores all other animals. Her favorite thing is to be carried like a baby 🥰 if interested in adopting, please fill out the pre-adoption application at www.dalistotherescue.com. Looks are deceiving with Millie.

She looks like a princess but wants to be out doors hunting and adventuring. She’s not your miss prissy thing….and forget about kids. She does not like them. She wants to enjoy life chasing the next mole hole.

If you are an outdoorsy type who wants to take a little dog out and about, Millie is your girl!!!!

Louie is one handsome puppy 🥰

Louie is said to be a purebred Chinese Shar-pei puppy and instantly you can tell he came from a place who only breeds for money and scams people with this cute face because Louie is not a typical social puppy.

At 12 weeks old he has a hard time with hands on him. This is an under socialized puppy and although Shar-peis are known for their “stranger danger” so it’s a MUST to overly socialize this breed to keep friendly, he’s going to need a home that loves to be outside of the home adventuring with their dog rather than at home as a couch potato.

This dog will become insecure and aggressive as he grows if I don’t find it the proper home for HIS NEEDS and his needs are to be around lots of strangers all the time. There are so many dog friendly stores you can take your dog into for socializing as well.

He’s come along way as I take him everywhere with me and make sure people put hands all over him while giving him the “yes” and “good boy” commands. He will now approach people but will still shy away if you reach for him.

No small children as they might overwhelm him too much and set him back.

Louie is going to be a terrific dog in the right home that allows him to flourish into the dog he deserves to be 🥰

So many special things to say about our little Char. We cannot get enough of her beautiful little self!! At only 8 weeks, She is growing like a weed, very independent and confident, hops like a bunny at times and does somersaults on the ground to be silly. If she wants to tell you something she will give you a bark to let you know. When she slows down and wants to snuggle this little girl literally gazes into your eyes and stares then gives you all kinds of puppy kisses ♥️🐾 our family will miss her terribly when she finds her forever place but we know there is someone special out there just waiting for CHAR! If you might be her forever person contact Dalis to the Rescue fill out the application then you MUST CALL 989-463-9797 to speak with staff. Keep calling until you reach them as they are very busy!! by @dalistotherescue

A couple months late, but figured it was probably time to introduce Mac — our newest addition. Mac brings with him all of the cheese, the snuggles, the speed, the brains, and yet absolutely zero concept of personal boundaries. To say that we love him would be an understatement though. Grateful to @dalistotherescue for helping us find this little weirdo — he is everything we needed and then some.

We are in full swing of “Operation CATstration”!

Fest is operation catstration you ask?

Well, me and a friend teamed up to go around the whole state of Michigan to trap, fix and release colonies of cats so that we can stop the breeding of unwanted cats outside.

My friend Tiffany is in the streets following 500-800 cats in colonies to spay and neuter and since I have two jobs and can’t leave, I am funding it and she is doing the ground work.

If you love this and support us going into neighborhoods like yours, please, even donating a dollar will support spaying and neutering these cats which in return, will be less cats under your porches. As you know, when you find a stray cat, it’s hard to find a rescue to take because we are constantly to full. So getting ahead of the mess is what we are trying to do!!!

I sent another $150 today. Here are a few of the receipts and cats that we have been fixing. That black cat is a prime example as to why we need more spaying and neutering. Outdoor cat colonies can breed sicknesses into the colony as it grows bigger and bigger. Stopping the number in the colonies by spaying and neutering also helps eliminate sicknesses spreading.

Here’s what my friend Tiffany had to say….

“You already sent $375 for 15 today, I only need $150 more sent for the 4 bonus kittens who double trapped themselves. 19 total went in today!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!”

We have so many programs we are running so we can help more people and animals. Every penny matters around here so thank you to everyone who donates to our mission!

Our links to donate are on our website as well at dalistotherescue.com.

We strive to help as many all over the state and it takes so much time, space and money but with all of your help, we are shooting for the moon and reaching the stars ⭐️

Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ by @dalistotherescue

So this kitten here has the quirkiest personality. It’s fun, makes the silkiest faces and will stand on its back two legs to check things out. This kitten is a riot ❤️
