Man… I am so humbled by all the love and support shown over this video 💚
•
My Nan has literally saved my life over and over again. I hold a lot of guilt because sometimes she needs saving and I’ve never been able to reciprocate it the way she has done for me.
•
When my Mum passed away, Nan became the rock and glue for our Whānau and I often struggle to find ways to show her my appreciation for that.
-
If you know my Nan, you’ll know that she is always watching out for other people before herself. And for this, I love her indefinitely.
•
Thank you uso @theriver_jordan and @youknow_clothing for giving me this opportunity to reflect and acknowledge my beautiful Nan. I am so grateful 🙏🏾

•
Thank you to @hexfs for putting on an amazing night of scraps. And good to see so many faces out as well.

Quick little trip to Queenstown for a 21km trail run with one of my bro’s and his crew.
•
We started the run at Jacks point along the lakeside, through to Kawerau Falls, and then to finish in Frankton.
•
For a non-runner with zero preparation, I knew I put myself in the deep end… never again! 🤦🏾‍♂️😂
•
Massive thank you to my bro and his whānau for having me, and to the wider crew for showing amazing hospitality whilst I was there.
•
I will 100% prep for the next half-marathon. See you in November mate @rtuhura 🫡
