My dude Willy B, always comes to work. Elite bat to ball. Good zone awareness. Sure handed in the infield. Baseball player.

Before ➡️ After @bosbruce15

Been a long journey with my dude. All he did was keep showing up and working. It paid off to say the least. Video game numbers, all while catching a majority of the games.

It was a pleasure having @tate_schmidt3 in the cage for a few days! Tate has been working remotely this summer. Main focus has been some lower half cleanup and some setup changes to get to a better launch.

Low hanging fruit was launch position. Get the lower half in a better spot to go and the barrel in an easier spot to turn.

@ashton.hartwig7 Before ➡️ After

Low hanging fruit was getting stuck back, getting on plane early and length in the zone.

Trained with an emphasis on less tension in shoulders, clean move forward, and direction through the oppo gap.
