We're just a few weeks away from NOVUM. 💃
Ahead of the big day, we want you to meet some of the people bringing Beats, Cycles & Song to life.

Meet the BCS team: @dallingtim

Known for: a good story, humour peppered all over.

Ask anyone in the room and they'll tell you, Tim has a story for most things, humour woven through it. He's also, quietly, one of the most accomplished people in it.

Tim Dalling is an accordionist, singer, actor, writer and director. He developed a love of theatre working with Kneehigh in its formative years in the 1980s. A major part of his working life (1990-2015) was as one third of comedy-folk trio The Old Rope String Band, which evolved into The New Rope String Band. He has directed many shows combining folk-music, storytelling and theatre, performed in productions directed by Sally Cookson, Emma Rice and Wils Wilson, developed the Ceilidh-Theatre project Magic Hare-Piece, and is currently touring a solo tribute show to Ivor Cutler.
In Beats, Cycles & Song, Tim brings the accordion, the folk tradition, and, frankly, most of our comic relief.
