I’m bringing mamas in motion to my home city LDN.

So I’ve built a community while living in Dubai @mamasinmotiondxb to encourage women and mums to be active and move. Having kids shouldn’t be the reason you don’t get out and move. I host weekly walks in Dubai and it’s only right while I’m travelling back to LDN that I’m hosting a walk.

Come along with or without the kids. Get some steps in a group and connect with like minded people.

Thanks to @nikeuk for supporting this community so last minute!!!

All the infos in the post and you must register if you’d like to attend (spaces are limited)

See you on 16th September people (next week) taken in London, United Kingdom by @dalstonlounge
