“Dalton”

This photo shoot took me out of my comfort zone. Dalton and I did this late at night when both of us were exhausted. The photos became about taking our time and capturing that odd mood of carelessness when you are tired. There was a weirdness in the photos that was a playful rebuke of making sure everything looked “perfect”! There was also moments of true poignancy.

Life update: drove my little Mazda from South Carolina to California. Took a boat to Mexico. Drove all the way back. Found some friends and saw some things along the way.
