#571 🗓️ 56 weeks of prep. 👣 790k steps. 🏋🏽‍♀️ 223 workout sessions. 🐥 And enough chicken breast and rice cakes to feed a whole country (twice). When I decided to step on stage with @fmgshows @fmgshows_nz I had one main goal - get up there, have fun and show myself what I’m made of. Safe to say I did JUST THAT! Massive shoutout to @grainne_cooper and @jesscoatefitness for organising and providing such a seamless and one of a kind experience I will never forget. The time and care that you put into every detail truly made for such a special day and @fmgshows_nz will forever hold a special place in my heart. To the boss lady herself @dalvene_ , yo we made it! I remember sending my first check in as a lost ex baby powerlifter who purely just wanted to lift heavy sh*t and feel good in myself again. From pep talks to dnm’s and everything in between, You might not know this, but seeing you on stage sparked that fire in me and little did I know that years later it would lead me to the decision that would change the trajectory of my life forever. Thankyou for the countless reality checks, unwavering support and being the best coach and role model a girl could ever ask for. My posing guardian angel @caitlinfisher_ I cannot thank you enough for taking me under your wing and giving me the tools I needed to showcase my personality and power on stage. Hope you’re not sick of me chucking my thumbs up because I can’t imagine what a Saturday morning looks like without you. Special shoutout to the woman behind @internationalposingacademy @themaheenbhutta for setting the standard and creating a brand and a movement that I am more than proud to be a part of - IPA 4EVA!
