POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve been living a plant-based lifestyle for over two decades—long before it was trendy, and long before the grocery store aisles were filled with ultra-processed "fake meats."

Over the years, I’ve had countless people ask me: "How do you stick with it? What do you actually eat? How do I do this without it taking over my life?"

I’ve realized that most people fail because they overcomplicate it.

So, just in time for Spring, I’ve decided to package my 20 years of trial, error, and systems into a simple, 4-week "Deep Dive" protocol. No fluff, just the exact blueprint I use to stay healthy and energized without spending all day in the kitchen.

Before I release this publicly at full price later this year, I’m looking for a small group of 10 Founding Members to go through it with me first.

We start Wednesday, March 11th, to kick off the new season.

You’ll get:

The full 4 week curriculum taught live (recordings included if you miss one).

Confession time, and I'll go first. ☕

If I followed you around for a day, what's in your cup? The morning coffee that's basically a personality trait? The 3 PM "I deserve this" soda? The smoothie you swear is a salad?

I'm not here to snatch anybody's drink. (I spent 20 years in pharma. I know better than to come between a woman and her beverage.)

This month we start with noticing. What you reach for, when, and WHY. Because the why is usually more interesting than the what. Comfort, routine, energy, a 5-minute break from everybody. All valid.

Drop your everyday drink below + the real reason you love it. No drink-policing in these comments. I'm watching. 👀

Your kitchen is a pharmacy. Use it. 🌿

November is getting fizzy, Alchemists. 🫧

Welcome to Liquid Alchemy II: Water Kefir & Gut Sodas, this month inside the Plant-Based Lifestyle Academy.

Here's the plan:

🔍 First, we turn the bottle around and find out what's actually in the drinks we sip all day.
🧪 Then we go into the kitchen and brew our own gut sodas with water kefir. Real fermentation. Real fizz. No mystery syrup.

Along the way: The Sugar Audit (2 days, zero shame), two live classes, and The Fizz Reveal, where we show off what we made.

Because your soda habit isn't a character flaw. It's a craving with a backstory. Let's read it.

Which one are you here for: LABELS, BREWING, or FLAVOR? Tell me below. 👇

This is what last night looked like. 🔥🫙

We grated horseradish (and cried a little), heated our vinegar, packed our jars, and started the 6-week countdown together, live from my kitchen.

Now the jars go in a dark cupboard until early December. Patience is the hardest ingredient. 😅

Missed it? The full replay + Autumn Apothecary Field Guide is $27. Brew this week and your jar is still ready in time for the holidays.

Comment CIDER and I'll send you the link. 🔥

Show me your jar! 🫙

If you brewed with us last night, post a photo of your fire cider tucked in its dark cupboard and tag me. Label it with the date. Your future self will thank you around December 6.

Thank you to everyone who brewed with us. You made my Sunday. 🌿

Horseradish: the produce aisle's most misunderstood root. 🥕😬

It lives near the ginger, looks like a beige carrot that's been through some things, and it WILL make you cry when you grate it.

Open a window. Don't lean over the bowl. Consider it a free sinus flush.

Plot twist: a big share of your immune tissue lives in your gut. 🦠

That's why at PBLA, cold-season prep isn't just a jar in a cupboard. It's fiber, fermented foods, plants in every color, and fewer ultra-processed foods.

Fire cider is a great ritual. Your gut is the foundation. What's one gut-friendly food you eat every week?

Fire cider is the slow cooker of home remedies.
⏳ 25 minutes to make. 4–6 weeks to steep.
Brew it Oct 25, strain it around Dec 6, right before holiday travel and forty relatives sharing one serving spoon.

Wait for the first tickle in your throat and you'll be sipping vinegar that's still thinking about it.
