3 YEARS. TWO ATHLETES. ONE WORKOUT. 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♂️❤️

I’ve had the privilege of coaching these two for almost 3 years now, usually separately, doing their own thing, putting in the work week after week.

But this time… we switched it up. 👀

Father + daughter.
Same session.
Same sweat.
Same energy.

Watching them train together was something special. They pushed each other, had some laughs, and most importantly… HAD FUN!

That’s what this is all about!

Not just getting stronger, faster, or better, but creating experiences, building confidence, and making training something you actually want to come back to.

3 years of showing up.
3 years of consistency.
3 years of growth.

And we’re just getting started. 🫡🔥
