You can see that in 365 and even day 232 that many muscles, mainly in my back over compensated for other muscles not being activated as much. You can also see that I pulled more dominantly with my right lat, that’s why it looks like I have abs on my right lat. you can also see that my left shoulder and pectoral region are much higher compared to my right side. Let’s just say I need to see a chiropractor after this challenge.

MURPH 365/365!

Firstly, thank you to @crossfitbrookings for allowing us to come and do this! Best gym in town ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ended this challenge with the whole fambam! Wouldn’t have wanted to finish it with anyone else. And thank you to everyone who joined in on the livestream and who supported me throughout this journey, I would have NEVER been able to do it without you guys❤️

Mindset is what I’ve built my foundation on. I’ve never been the strongest, fastest, or most athletic, but I make sure that I have discipline and work the hardest.
