02/09/2025 - First time pacing with a Kenya atlet 🇰🇪 and managed to break my 5km PB 🏃🔥. Proud to be part of @kjrunclub and to run side by side with my team, @timyap_fitness & @da_nishh_ 🙌. Back on the road after a 2-week break due to a thigh injury. 🏃‍♂️

Grateful to complete my 5.5km at ALEPS Ekiden Relay Run 2026. Although I not achieve a personal best, the amazing vibe, support, and team spirit made every step enjoyable.✨

A big thank you to everyone who supported me, and special thanks to @kajangathleticclub for welcoming me to run with the team. Proud to meet so many great new friends and share this experience with all of you. 💜🔥

From training days to race day — 1 minutes 26 seconds and Top 5 podium finish in Men’s Individual 🙏
Every step was worth it.

First speed session with these shoes. ERKE INFINITE ET 👟⚡

Took the Infinite ET out for 800m × 6 on the track. They feel really lightweight and responsive, and the dual-drive carbon plate definitely helps with that extra push when the pace picks up, especially in the last part of each rep. Still getting used to them but the ride feels fast and comfortable for speedwork.

Twin City Marathon 2026 🏁
Half Marathon completed — new Personal Best! ⏱️ 1:34:57 (Sub 1:35) 💥
Huge thanks to everyone who supported me, gave me motivation, and believed in me throughout this journey. Hearing the cheers 100 meters before the finish line from @kjrunclub meant everything and pushed me to finish strong 🙌

Johor Challenge Ride 2025 🚴‍♂️🔥
First time joining a 100km cycling event and managed to clock sub-3 hours (2:58:47) — truly an unforgettable experience.

This ride also marks my last event of 2025 together with my partner from UTHM Pagoh, @dn_nzm . Huge thanks for the constant motivation and support from @kjrunclub , especially @nisaothman , @nafie_hzm , and our captain @syed_shahzli — couldn’t have done it without you all.

Special shoutout to @n8sports for keeping us fueled with their new grape flavour 🍇 — solid energy till the finish line!

Tested the new N8 Nutrition Power Gel (Grape 🍇 with caffeine) during a 100 km ride. Light grape taste, not too sweet, and easy to take even at race pace. Solid boost when it mattered.

On to the next journey 💪🚴‍♂️
