✨Married my best friend on our 6 year anniversary ♥️. ✨

What an incredible week and time with our friends and loved ones. Thank you to everyone who made the trip and joined us on our special day 🫶🏽. Grief: A hard part of life but an unavoidable part of life.

There’s a void in my heart and home that will forever be there until my dying breath. If you know me you should know how much my Audii boy means to me. This past Friday @veronica_renee and I had to make a difficult decision to let our boy be at peace and rest. ❤️Although the pain and void will continue to always be there, we both know he’s in a much better place.

Audii had been through it all with me the past 9 years. First Apartment, Graduation, 3 new cities, love, Engagements and more. He will truly be missed and I’ll always be sure to keep his memories around. Thank you for all the wet kisses and warms hugs. Till we meet again my best friend. I love you so much!

Lately I’ve been asked how I feel about becoming a dad? Are you ready? Nervous?

My answer has been something along the lines of “No, I’ve been preparing my whole life for this, but most importantly, I picked the right partner for this”. As cliché as it may sound, it’s true.

I left home at 18 to chase my dreams and seek new perspectives. For the longest I battled with having feelings similar to “survival remorse”. As well as “guilt” of leaving my loved ones back home. For 14 years I’ve had to battle with internal thoughts of: am I being selfish for leaving? Should I be doing more for people back home? Is the sacrifice of being away worth whatever I’m chasing? (I know I can’t be the only one)

Now that we’re closer to meeting Scottie, it all feels worth it. Every sacrifice, every mental battle, it all led me here. To be prepared for you, Scottie.

I’m so grateful to experience this journey with you, Veronica. Watching you go through this journey has given me a whole new appreciation to your strength, patience, and love. I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done and will continue to do for our family. I love you, always, Veronica! Thank you for giving us our greatest blessing. ❤️

Two years of growth 🪴1.19.24

I am grateful and excited for the times and adventures that have been and will continue to be. Marrying you was one of my easiest decision because of everything you bring to the table. To have a partner that’s; Strong, smart, adventurous, confident, tender and everything in between is something I’ll never take for granted.
