Grateful doesn’t begin to cover it…

These two photos are 5 years apart, almost to the day. After stepping away in 2021… I’ve come back to something even stronger than I left.

The people, the growth, the standard; everything is elevated. I’ve had the chance to meet incredible individuals along the way, and being back home at Vivint with this group is something I don’t take lightly. The future has never been brighter, and the people I get to work with every day have never been better.

We just wrapped Home Opener 2026, and I can say without hesitation, it’s the best event I’ve ever been a part of. The level of detail, the execution, the energy… unmatched.

In 2021, we had 2,500 attendees.
This week, we had over 4,000.

Coming off the best year in our 27-year history, we’re positioned to beat it again in 2026.

The next decade is wide open.

What most people don’t see is what it takes to make something like this happen. There are hundreds of people behind the scenes who make events like this come to life. Those same people show up every day to support 6,000+ sales reps across the country.

That’s who deserves the credit.

Grateful for the work. Grateful for the people. Grateful to be back building.

Great leaders aren’t created overnight. They’re built through years of experience, challenges, and a commitment to developing others.

After 17 years in Door to Door sales and 12+ years at Vivint, I have focused on building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and helping shape the culture that drives success.

In this episode of 60 Seconds With..., I break down what I believe it takes to become a great leader - and the lessons every rep should hear. @thesmarthomepros by @damon.price

Stick to the schedule. Fall in love with the mundane. That’s were consistent results are forged. Forget the instaglam lifestyle it doesn’t care about you. It’s not real. Being famous on instagram is like being rich in monopoly. by @damon.price
