Family is everything. I spent the weekend with all five of my immediate family camping and competing in the Utah Summer Games moto trials. The girls, as always, blow my mind at their ability to excel. Sydney jumped on the bike, moved up a class, and killed it without practice. Bailey is so smooth on a motorcycle and brought home a gold medal. The old man couldn't let them show him up and had to grab gold, also. Michelle and Carter are the best support crew around.

Bailey completed her first full marathon today. I couldn’t be more proud of her. Everything she has had on her plate and she stuck to it and made it happen. So much fun watching her work for this. #prouddad taken in Utah Valley Marathon by @damonnielson13

Today we had to say goodbye for now to our Mom. If you had a chance to meet her you know how much she could light up a room and make everyone smile and fill like family. She was always there for us and our girls. I learned how to serve people and to always be the first person to ask if some needed help from her example. I really don't know what to say other than love you Mom!!!! Until we meet again. ❤️ by @damonnielson13

The saying lead by example was never more true then growing up under this great man. If you know me you know My Dad! Everything I am and have become was watched and learn from him. Hard work, punctuality, planning, follow-through, dependably, how to have fun and live life to its fullest, How to be there at all my kids event. I can see his lessons and example pass down to the next generation in My daughters. His shoes are much to big to feel but we Will At least do our best to honor them. We will miss you so much but will never forget what you have taught us. I never said it enough Love you Dad!!! by @damonnielson13

Proud Dad moment!!!!

We dropped Bailey off at Utah State University 4 years ago. Man has time blown by. She Graduated today in Civil Engineering. One of only two graduates with scholastic honors of Summa Cum Laude in the college of Civil Engineering. She was awarded outstanding senior also in the college of Civil Engineering.

Carter also graduated today in Computer Science and has already started his Masters program.

Best Mom ever. Michelle spent her Birthday today watching and supporting the girls in their first collegiate race of the season. Bailey racing for @usucycling taking 16th in Cat A. And just like that it’s all over. Congratulations to Sydney for graduating with a perfect 4.0 gpa and the national Spanish honor society cords. I can’t wait to watch her spread her wings and fly. Off to Colorado Mesa University to race and study athlete science and on to PT school. And with her biggest goal of continuing her bike racing career. by @damonnielson13
