Work with the Pros to get better with technique
#dwts @dwtstourofficial #dancesport #vibetribe #journey @aj11ace @ninaxmayster by @damonzarro

You can't always get top placement. You have those off days. I learned from it. I got back up and used the pain of defeat as fuel to practice my ass off. Back into training mode. A stricter regiment. Locked in & Lazer focused for the next competition. #noregret #failureisnotanoption #journey #proamdance #getbackup by @damonzarro

The show must go on

No matter how much effort, practice, time, & dedication you put into a routine/project. It all comes down to the moment you step onto the dance floor.

You have to #lockin.
- If things go wrong, push through.
- If you miss a step, continue on.
- If you zone out. Hopefully, you have a great partner (or 2) to pull you back in
- If you trip/fall/slam your foot against a set piece, fight through the pain. And deal with it after getting off the dance floor.

You either win or regret not going all out. Leaving everything you had on that stage.

Money isn't everything. But the experiences will last a lifetime. by @damonzarro

Everyone was a beginner at some point. Just start. Even if you dont know all the answers. Even if you look like a fool.
In order to become the #champion, you have to put in the work.
With a great team behind you. You cannot fail, only grow. The 1st step is the hardest. But #keepgoing

Appreciation...Value...Self-Worth
#knowyourselfworth #motivationalmonday

Each one of you is #valuable on this #planet.
Hell, in this entire #universe.
However,
No one #appreciates you.
No one gives 2 fucks about what you do.
#YOU are the ONLY person that can put a #value onto you. Go get what you deserve 🚫 Allow others to belittle you
🚫 Allow others to think you are not good enough
🚫 Allow anyone the power over you

If you work in a #salaried position, SOMEONE has put a VALUE onto you already.

This J.O.B (Just Under Broke)
Will pay you X $$ for the whole year.
With no overtime, 2 weeks vacation depending on how #loyal you are to the company
#whatareyouworth
I asked you
WHAT ARE YOU WORTH?

And most of you think I'm talking about 💸💸💸 YOU'D BE WRONG.

Go out there and

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I've heard this before. You only got #onechance at this. #youonlygotoneshot
But why put so much pressure onto yourself. You'll end up screwing yourself by not #beinginthemoment 💯 that you'll miss more opportunities. Dont over think. #justfuckindoit

#GetExcitedToFail
Every time you #fail you learn from it

It's how you #grow in business & in life

People in #life are too scared to fail. They feel foolish. They care too much what other people will think of them.
#FailhardFailfast #pickyourselfbackup

The quicker you are to get back up. The faster you'll be to #succeeding.
ONLY when you eliminate other people's opinions & focus 💯 on yourself. That is when you will start to over come #obstacles and start #succeeding in what #YOU want to do.

Sometimes the hardest thing is to ignore your friends&family completely. They are your hardest #critics (Besides your own self). They dont want you to fail.
But #theyaresettingyouupforfailure
They are holding you back from your true #potential.
#Itsyourownlife Fuck what they say.
Sometimes they might be #jealous. Sucks for them. They should have responsibility for their life.

#Time is the most valuable asset we have in life. We can NEVER ever get it back.
We continue to age we get sick, accidents happen.

Whatever you do in between those points is up to you.

Here's something to leave you all with...
1) Wakeup every morning.
2) Look into the mirror
3) Tell yourself you are #awesome
Start everyday like that, you will feel #better & more #energised by the end of the week.
You control how you think of yourself #whofuckincares what anyone else #thinks of you. #haters #dontbehating by @damonzarro

Trust = A strong Foundation
The #walls come down. #Listen to one another. Trust one another. Its one of the most things that can destroy a #strong #relationship. Be open. The more transparent you are to one another the more you'll be able to move the relationship forward.
If things get #heated, Take a break. Let things #breathe. 🚫 stop communication.
#buildingwalls #nowalls
Ego sets in and it makes it harder to keep that #trust.
#talkthingsout #dontbemad

Miscommunication can & will happen. If you don't talk, issues and problems just keep #pilingup

Its a working progress. There is never an 🔚 to it. When you create a history with someone it last forever.

You created a life with #memories, inside #jokes, little sayings, names, places you both created and could be forgotten, but never lost.
