🔥 Punggol residents, I found an awesome BBQ skewer spot at Northshore, and it's seriously GOOD! 🤩🍢 @tao_jie_mala_hotpot

Located at Blk 431A Northshore Drive, Tao Jie BBQ has a HUGE variety of BBQ skewers to choose from, and the prices are really wallet-friendly too! 😍🔥

What impressed me is that everything is freshly grilled upon order! The ingredients taste fresh, the quality is good, and every skewer is packed with flavour! 🤤

From Pork, Chicken, Mutton to Beef skewers, everything we tried was delicious! But one of my personal favourites has got to be their BBQ Scallops with Garlic! 🦪🧄 Super fragrant, juicy and seriously DAMN SHIOK! 🔥

And here's something great for families! 👨‍👩‍👧 They even offer kid-friendly skewers without the spicy seasoning, so the little ones can enjoy them too!

With so many choices, good quality food and affordable prices, this is definitely an underrated BBQ spot worth checking out! Highly recommended! 🙌

🔥 Craving some authentic Hunan cuisine with serious WOK HEI? You gotta check out this stall at Ang Mo Kio! 🤩🌶️ @xiangkitchensg

I've actually featured their Tampines outlet before, but this time I'm back to try their food at Ang Mo Kio! 😍

What I really love is that **every dish is freshly cooked upon order!** You can even watch the chefs working their magic through the glass kitchen! The wok hei and cooking skills are seriously impressive! 🔥👨‍🍳

My No. 1 favourite is definitely their **Hunan Xiao Chao Rou (湖南小炒肉)**! 🤤 Stir-fried with fragrant **spiral green chillies (螺丝椒)**, it's packed with flavour, smoky wok hei and a nice spicy kick! Damn SHIOK, especially with rice! 🌶️🔥

Another must-try is their **Braised Pork Belly (红烧肉)**! 🥩 Beautifully braised, super tender and practically melts in your mouth! So flavourful and satisfying!

And here's something special! 🍚 They even use **Wuchang Rice (五常大米)**, known for its fragrance and lovely texture. Perfect for pairing with all those flavourful Hunan dishes!

They have plenty of other delicious dishes too! If you love bold, fragrant and flavourful Hunan cuisine, this is definitely one stall worth checking out! 🙌

Looking for an affordable family meal? Check out their 5-Dish Family Set for only $68.80! 😱🔥 Enough to feed 4–5 persons, really super worth it!

The set comes with a selection of meat, vegetables, tofu, egg dishes and even FISH HEAD! 🐟😍 You can choose between Curry Fish Head or Assam Fish Head, and there are also different dishes to choose from for the rest of the set!

At this price, I was honestly surprised by the food quality! Everything we tried was really delicious and satisfying! 💯
But wait, there's more! 👀

🦀 Chef's Recommendation – White Pepper Crab
Only $75 for TWO crabs, approximately 600g each! The crabs were fresh, meaty and packed with that fragrant white pepper flavour! Seriously one of the highlights of our meal! 🤤🔥

🦑 Thai-Style Steamed Sotong
Another chef's recommendation that you MUST TRY! The sotong was super tender, and the sauce had that perfect combination of sweet, sour and spicy flavours! Honestly, this dish really impressed me! 😍
