POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I was genuinely very anxious for this podcast to come out.

Speaking so openly about my gambling addiction, some of the lowest moments of my life and the person I was during that period isn’t easy, especially on a platform like this. There was definitely a part of me that wondered how people would react once it was out there for everyone to see.

But the messages, comments and conversations I’ve had since have reminded me exactly why I wanted to speak about it in the first place.

If sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone, recognise something in themselves, or understand gambling addiction a little better, then being vulnerable was worth every single second of it.

When I look back at some of my lowest moments, it’s strange to think how much strength I’ve found through having to face them. I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, while knowing that recovery is something I continue to work at every day.

A massive thank you to everyone who has shown me so much love. It genuinely means a lot. And also the people who supported me during that time of my life. That will never be forgotten.

And a big thank you to the whole @tomstalkspodcast team for creating an environment where I felt completely comfortable telling my story. I have so much respect for what you’re doing with the platform and the way you’re willing to have conversations around addiction, mental health and other subjects that people can sometimes find difficult to talk about.

These conversations matter so much and I am extremely grateful I got to be part of one ❤️ by @dan.kentt

MEET THE TEAM!! 👋

The founders of Podcast Room Brighton, Dan, Imran & George, are three life long best friends from Brighton who decided to start their first business venture together.

The vision began back in 2020 during the lockdown. At the time, we created our own podcast series to check in on one another while the lockdown restrictions were happening.

Six years later, on February 9th 2026, we officially opened our very own podcast studio business in the heart of Brighton.

We are very grateful to have turned our passion for podcasting into our own business to help others do the same.

Podcast Room Brighton took to London last night for a very special evening at Battersea Power Station.

One of our amazing clients @lucyblack_official put on an amazing premiere of the Documentary ‘The Roof Of Africa’ for @brightcausepr and we left feeling truly inspired by the change and impact that was made by the individuals who climbed Kilimanjaro ⛰️

All the money raised during the climb was for a wonderful charity called @coramkidscape 👏

Congratulations to every single person who was involved and played their part in this, you’ve changed many lives of people you don’t even know! Thank you to Lucy for the invite, we are truly grateful 🙏 taken in The Cinema in the Power Station by @dan.kentt

Had the pleasure of commentating on the boxing show at @gunman_fight_series last weekend alongside @jack_charlesf 🎤

Shoutout to @gunman_boxing for giving me these opportunities, everyone I met on the night and all the people who make these events possible. It was a fantastic night of boxing with some great fights on display!

My goal is to hopefully make an appearance one day on either the commentary team or presenting team for one of the big platforms in boxing. Channeling my inner @ade.oladipo 😤

Also a huge shoutout to @cw.content_ for capturing all these pictures on the event 🫡
