NO DECORATION.
JUST STRUCTURE.

Sometimes technical production already looks like art.

DMTeam — where technology becomes visual language.

From the very first sketch to thousands of people in front of the stage.

Every line on the drawing becomes a truss. Every fixture becomes a beam. Every decision represents hours of engineering and technical planning.

Here’s how one of the stages at Afisha Picnic in Kolomenskoye evolved from a LightPlot into a full-scale live production.

Behind every stunning visual is a team of specialists, hundreds of technical decisions, and thousands of details the audience will never notice—but those are exactly what make the show possible.

Technical production is where ideas become reality.

«Carousel»

Another stage at the @afishapicnic .

For the stage headlined by @metro.gorkovskaya , our team developed a lighting concept inspired by the aesthetics of rave culture and industrial spaces.

The centerpiece of the design was a carousel-shaped structure that became the foundation for the visual language of the stage. Dynamic lighting, vertical light lines, and powerful silhouettes helped create an immersive atmosphere and emphasize the energy of the performance.

Main stage at @afishapicnic

Light Design included not only on-site work, but also the preliminary preparation of our artists.

When @tikston came to us with a roller coaster set design, we knew for sure that it would be grandiose.

We will show you some information about the project preparation

LAB & DMTeam at VTB Arena
From a creative concept to a fully realized engineering system

We were responsible not only for the engineering development of the project, but also for providing on-site engineering supervision throughout its implementation. Our primary focus was on developing structural solutions, integrating stage systems, managing venue-specific technical constraints, and supporting the project during the installation phase.

In our experience, most challenges on-site do not arise during installation itself, but much earlier — at the project design and decision-making stage. That is why our role extends beyond producing technical documentation. We focus on finding solutions that are safe, technically sound, and fully achievable under real production conditions.

A huge thank you to the entire project team — it was truly spectacular!

We continue to create shows where engineering becomes the tool that brings the most ambitious creative visions to life.
