2-3 years BTC Burlington is calling. 🦈🔥
.

Shark Tank is all about pushing past the breaking point. The squad is putting in the rounds to make sure the mats feel like home come competition day.
They say if you spend 2-3 years in Dagestan, you become a world champion. We couldn’t get the flights to Makhachkala, so we decided to do “The Brazilian way” The @renzograciebjj way. We all know how Brazil builds world champions, no easy rounds, no softness, just relentless pressure with flawless technique.
Let’s go get it! 🏅

**GTA CLASSIC 2026**

Nine athletes, ten medals.

🥇 5
🥈 4
🥉 1

This Saturday, nine athletes from Burlington Training Center stepped on the mats representing our team, and they represented it well.

Medals are the result. The process is what really counts: training week after week, the same drill a thousand times, showing up tired, and the courage to say “I’m competing.” All of that was already won before the first match started.

To all nine who competed: you honored this team. Walking onto that mat alone, with everyone watching, isn’t for everyone. You did it.

Proud doesn’t cover it. Thank you for trusting the work.

On to the next one. 🥋

No experience? Perfect.
Never boxed before? Even better.
You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one.

Coach @firelord_boxing will show you the fundamentals, work with you at your level, and make sure you leave knowing exactly why so many people fall in love with boxing.

This isn’t just another workout.

It’s an hour where you put your phone down, clear your head, learn something real and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Ainda bem que o foi o faixa preta que imobilizou ele, porque os faixas brancas estavam doidinhos para testar o jiujitsu e mostrar ao professor o que aprenderam!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
