The beginning of this year tested us.

The season was slower than expected. Things didn’t always go according to plan. But waiting for perfect conditions has never been part of the job.

We keep moving with what we have.
We keep working with the people who believe in what we do and we keep showing up.

Because every dive counts.
Every #student matters.
Every teammate who contributes to the mission matters.

May changed the rhythm. New #divers joined us. Old #friends came back and suddenly, we were diving almost every day.

Want to dive Hells Bells? A fantastic dive with these formations. These rare formations are called biothems and grow underwater, believed to be created by microorganisms building with calcium carbonate and hydrogen sulfide. The "bells" are hollow, conical structures of calcium carbonate that can reach up to 4 meters (13 feet) in length. They are unique because they formed underwater and are covered on their outer layer by living, sulfur-powered microorganisms (extremophiles) that continuously contribute to their growth, all be it very slowly. It is believed that some may have started growing over 5000 years ago 🙃. Come and explore history.
