The 90 Day Policy

90 days later, all I can think about is how lucky I am that we found each other.

I thought I was giving us time to decide. Turns out, I was giving myself time to fall in love.

Somewhere between the laughter, the distracting each other with our hotness and the way you make ordinary life feel special, you became my favorite person.

Here’s to the end of the return policy and the beginning of everything else. ❤️ by @dan_does_hair_

-Life, Served Between Two Pieces of Bread-

The week began with pockets turned inside out,
A shake-down start, my plans undone by fate.
I found MY 11:11, then lost myself in doubt,
A bag went rogue, the hours learned to wait.

I bent through yoga, breathing in a new ME
While terminals hummed hymns of “not today.”
Then Torrey came, a calm in my release,
A steady hand that pulled me from dismay.

One final night with Kelly, soft and bright,
A quiet pause before the next goodbye.
In borrowed time, the dark made room for light,
And tenderness slipped gently passing by. taken in Mexico City, Mexico by @dan_does_hair_
