OUR BIGGEST SUPER SATURDAY YET! WHAT A CRACKING MORNING! #defintionfitness #gym #wollongong #supersaturday by @dan_k_definition
I started working when I was 14 yrs old I was actually too young to even work legally at the time, so I got a cash in hand job to start - because we grew up without much money, and all I wanted to do was work, save, and be able to provide for myself to be able to stand on my own two feet without needing any help Washing dishes in a cafe Then I spent over 15 years grinding away doing early mornings building a business And yesterday I was finally able to buy my first ever brand new motor vehicle for myself, from a dealership So it was a special moment for me It actually got me a bit emotional when I sat down and thought about it, as well as everything it has taken me to get here A lot of people will never understand The amount of hours, work, risk, loneliness, Going through Covid Almost losing our business with a new born Son The bills, the overheads, the hours, the early mornings, etc Itโ€™s actually been one hell of a journey But anyway, A Special moment yesterday That didnโ€™t just happen without a couple of decades of hard work before it So just remember, hard work pays off Appreciate all the kinds words and support on the journey as well Big love โค๏ธ by @dan_k_definition
New whip! Iโ€™ve been really enjoying getting out a bit more, going bush, exploring, getting out in to nature, creating memories w Mase, and just having a bit more adventure, that involve less time on my phone. So, today, we got a new whip to help keep up w Mase, be more reliable out in the bush, and just to get out there more often & make some core memories together โค๏ธ Lifeโ€™s short Gotta enjoy it right !? ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป I still remember riding dirt bikes at the farm as a kid, and they are still of the best childhood memories. And, our little man is growing up fast, and one day, he wonโ€™t want to ride w Dad anymore, so the plan is to soak it up and enjoy it as much as I can now, while it lasts ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Canโ€™t wait to get it out there โค๏ธ by @dan_k_definition

Are you holding the SkiErg handles correctly? One of the most common mistakes on the SkiErg is how you grip the handles. The less stable you are, the less force you can transfer into each pull โ€” meaning less power and a less effective stroke. Save this tip for your next SkiErg session! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ by @dan_k_definition
