This photo was taken when I was 27 years old, with a good diet and consistency in the gym. As most do I feel off the wagon so to speak. Things happen in life as they do whether they may be in or out of your control. Approaching the old man years I'll be 40 years old next year! I've decided to change habits and lifestyle choices.

So I've been training hard, eating well and wanting to achieve an even better physique for the future. Let's go on this journey together and maybe we can all keep each other accountable and achieve our dream physiques. Stay tuned 👀
