Celebrating 40 trips around the sun. One table. One hell of a reason to pull.

This November 1st, I’m opening up The Pit for something a little different.

Come challenge ANYONE…pick your opponent, choose your table, choose your rules, and let’s see what happens. Then stick around for an open practice where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level.

This isn’t about keeping score. It’s about pulling, learning, getting better, and celebrating the people who make this sport what it is.

Come test yourself. Come meet some new people. Come support the community.

The Pit • Deer Park, NY

COME PULL. GET BETTER. CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY!

Even though Paul Cruz is on the same island as me I had to get beat up at Performax Physical Therapy and Wellness, P.C. to catch a picture with the dude!

Big things are coming 🦾

13 years.

13 years of laughs, arguments, crazy memories, hard times, good times, and everything in between.

We’ve grown, changed, struggled, celebrated, built a family, and figured out life together one day at a time.

Through every version of me, you’ve been there. You’ve seen me at my best and at my absolute worst, and somehow you’re still standing next to me.

I don’t take that for granted.

Renee, I love you more than I probably know how to put into words. Thank you for choosing me, supporting me, calling me on my bullshit, and being my partner through this crazy life.

13 years down.

I’d choose you all over again.

Happy Anniversary, Renee Martinez. ❤️ by @dan_thenightmare

I’m back to the grind and working full time after having surgery and being unable to work since July 1st. This is my comeback, not my setback! I’m feeling stronger everyday! Blessed by everyone who’s taken the time out of their busy lives to wish me well, check in on me, or place their belief in me! This #flexfriday hits different cuz all of that positivity helped carry me through some tough days! And here’s a nod to those who are spreading negativity too cuz that’s simply another type of motivation that fuels me in a different way! Whether you represent the good, the bad, or the ugly we’re all here together and guess what…

WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER!

LETS GOOO!

I wanna take a moment to say today’s New York Tri-state Armwrestling Supermatch Series was definitely an eventful one! @845steveshow never disappoints when it comes to putting on exceptional and surprising matches. Even with a Nor’easter bearing down on us, athletes from all over the region came together and put on a hell of an event!

I missed getting out to these! Saw some old friends, made some new ones, and had an absolute blast.

Great day for armwrestling! 💪

This next one is a special shoutout.

The main reason I came out today was to support and corner my friend, student, training partner, and teammate @acab71 .

We’ve traveled a lot of this armwrestling journey together, and he came into my life right as I was working to better myself. He’s only added to my life in ways I can’t even describe…Enough with the mush though 😂

I’m BEYOND proud of how you showed up today, brother. I’ll always be in your corner like you’ve been in mine. That 3–2 comeback after being down 2–0 was absolutely motivating to watch.

Proud to call you my teammate and my friend. Stronger Together!

Finally, after a chaotic few months, today I was able to hand-deliver this year’s Summer Kickoff 6 Team Award to some of the crew from Arsenal of Arms made by UAP Armwrestling!

1st Place — 307 Points! 🏆

These guys brought the fight, the energy, and the teamwork, and I’m proud to have shared the table with them.

More importantly, I’m glad to call these warriors my friends. Stronger Together! 💪

Much love to the entire Arsenal of Arms family. You guys earned this one! 🏆🔥

THIS ONE IS BIG!!

It is my honor and privilege to officially announce that @cherryvalleysports will not only be the home of Summer Kickoff 7, but an official partner in bringing this event to life!

And this year, with the help of @cruuuuuzcontrol , the man behind Long Island Armwrestling, we’re pulling together for something special:

This is a chance to put Long Island armwrestling on the map and create a championship event that belongs to this community.

I’m incredibly grateful to Paul and the team at Cherry Valley Sports for believing in the vision and putting their time, space, and support behind it!

June 5, 2027.

We’re pulling together. We’re building it.

Dennis Turns 12 - Part 3!!!

This kid had 3 DAYS of epic celebrations, and honestly… I just wanna keep partying with him all week long! 😂

This last summer has been a little tough for him, having to watch me recover from shoulder surgery and being such an amazing, caring kid through it all. He’s been there for me more than he probably even realizes.

So getting to turn the tables and celebrate HIM has meant everything to me! by @dan_thenightmare

Yesterday was absolutely amazing! We got to celebrate our young man, Dennis, and his 12th birthday surrounded by some truly incredible people.

Seeing him surrounded by family and friends, laughing, having fun, and getting to enjoy something he loves so much made the whole day extra special.

12 years goes by way too fast. We’re so proud of the young man he’s becoming and so grateful for everyone who helped make his birthday one he’ll never forget.

Happy 12th Birthday, Dennis! We love you more than you know. ❤️🎲 by @dan_thenightmare
